Tip #3.- Knowing how to manage: when you have the feeling that you are directing five acts in a circus.

Managing a big team is difficult. The problems multiply: besides the day-to-day problems you also have the problems that come from managing people, which sometimes can be emotionally demanding.

In the beginning, as an entrepreneur, you have the sensation of directing five acts in a circus. Its like you’re always running behind the problems. But what’s more important – your business or people? Obviously, it’s a rhetorical question: your business is built by people.

We’ve already spoken about the need to delegate and to focus on what is important. At this stage, the global vision is vital because you can’t control every aspect of your business in detail.

You will need a control panel with all the data that in the beginning you had in your head. In this way you can still have the feeling of where your business is going and you manage it with success.
