Tip #4.- Keep the company structure as simple as possible - you will be better prepared for changes.

The telephone needed 35 years to reach 25% of the world population. Mobile internet four years. New changes arrive faster every day and technology and businesses keep evolving.

Information has to reach managers in the fastest way possible and they have to be able to transmit this information as quickly as possible to the rest of the company.

When there are a lot of middle managers, information does not flow easily and that slows down the implementation of necessary changes.  When your business grows, it’s a good idea to maintain a simple organization without a lot of hierarchies.

Stay close to everyday activities and maintain the agility so you can lead the course changes. Don’t lose this focus no matter how big your company becomes.
